摘  要:超声检查作为诊断学的四大辅助诊断技术之一,其临床应用非常广泛。超声心动图检查是超声检查的一部分,是诊断心脏结构性疾病、功能性疾病不可替代的重要手段。在西医院校中,超声心动课程课时占比较多,具备单独设计、讲解详细、重点考核等特点,但在中医院校中,超声影像学课时占比少,其中超声心动课程占比更少。由于内容多、课时少、内容抽象难懂等原因,导致其教学质量较差、效率不高,将直接影响学生进入临床工作后对超声心动检查操作和理解的准确度。通过积累多年教学经验,分析临床教学中存在的问题,从“培养临床思维”“重视解剖学和超声抽象图转化”“线上线下相结合”等3个方面提出改进的策略,提高“超声心动学”课堂教学质量,让学生学有所得、学以致用。As one of the four auxiliary diagnostic techniques of diagnostics,ultrasound examination has a wide range of clinical applications and a pivotal position.Echocardiography is a part of ultrasonography and is an irreplaceable means to diagnose structural and functional diseases of the heart.In Western Hospital,echocardiography courses are designed separately and explained in detail,but in Chinese hospitals,"Ultrasound Imaging"courses account for very few class hours.Due to the large amount of content,less class hours,image abstraction and other reasons,its teaching quality is poor,resulting in insufficient relevant ability after students enter clinical work,which has subsequent im⁃pact.Through accumulating years of teaching experience,analyzing the problems existing in clinical teaching,summa⁃rizing several reasons for poor teaching quality,and in view of these reasons and the actual situation of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine schools,improve strategies from three aspects:"cultivating clinical thinking""paying attention to dis⁃section and ultrasound abstract image transformation""combining online and offline",so as to improve the quality of"echocardiology"classroom teaching,so that students can learn and apply what they have learned.
