摘 要:课程思政建设,致力于实现思政引领、知识传授、价值塑造和能力培养的统一。以《物流管理学》课程为载体,基于“商工结合”人才培养定位,将思政元素有机地融入课程教学中,明确定义了“四个层面九个要素”的课程思政目标,旨在培养学生的国家意识、社会责任、职业道德以及个人素养。通过构建创新的课程思政教学模式,设计有效的思政融入方式,选择符合实际的教学方法,以及创建合理的教学评价机制,系统实现《物流管理学》课程思政建设,为物流管理与工程类专业课程的思政改革提供参考,为培养具有职业素养、社会责任感的商工复合型物流类专业人才提供有力支持。Curriculum ideology and politics construction is committed to achieving the integration of ideological guidance,knowledge transmission,value shaping,and ability cultivation.The course of“Logistics Management”is selected as a medium based on the talent cultivation strategy of“combining business and industry”,and ideology and politics elements are integrated into course teaching in an organic manner.The“four levels and nine elements”curriculum ideology and politics objectives are defined to foster students national awareness,social responsibility,professional ethics,and personal accomplishment.The curriculum ideology and politics teaching mode is innovated,effective integration methods of ideological and political elements are designed,practica teaching methods are selected,and a reasonable teaching evaluation mechanism is established,which systematically realizes the ideological and political construction of the“Logistics Management”course.It provides not only references for the ideological and political reform of logistics management and engineering professional courses but also support for cultivating business-engineering talents with professional quality and social responsibility.
