摘 要:随着我国积极老龄化的升温,老年群体对终身学习的需求越来越大。外语学习作为终身学习的重要一环,不容忽视。文章通过文献综述发现老年群体参与外语学习的主要动机包括旅行需求、家庭和社交因素、认知刺激等。在学习策略方面,通常包括定制个性化学习计划、参加社区学习小组、积极参与口语练习、保持积极心态等。研究还发现,老年群体的外语学习可以改善认知功能、增强自信心、促进社交互动等。这有助于社会机构更好地支持和鼓励老年群体参与外语学习,也为未来的研究提供了思路。With the increasing trend of positive aging in our country,there is a growing demand for lifelong learning among the elderly population.Foreign language learning,as an important component of lifelong learning,should not be overlooked.This study,through a literature review,has found that the primary motivations for the elderly to engage in foreign language learning include travel needs,family and social factors,and cognitive stimulation.In terms of learning strategies,these typically involve creating personalized learning plans,participating in community learning groups,actively engaging in speaking practice,and maintaining a positive mindset.The research has also revealed that foreign language learning among the elderly can improve cognitive functions,boost self-confidence,and promote social interaction.This can help social institutions better support and encourage older individuals to participate in foreign language learning,and provide avenues for further in-depth researches.
