摘 要:目的探讨螺旋上升式教学模式用于儿科住院医师规培教学中对住院医师临床能力、考核成绩、满意度及带教老师带教能力的影响。方法选取2017年3月—2021年3月在无锡市儿童医院进行规培学习的儿科住院医师62名,按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组31名采用常规教学模式教学,观察组31名采用螺旋上升式教学模式教学,于规培结束前1天评估并比较2组住院医师临床能力、考核成绩、满意度及带教老师带教能力。结果规培结束后,观察组临床能力(职业道德、沟通协作能力、评判性思维能力及医疗安全)各项评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理论考核、操作技能和病历分析成绩均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对带教老师的各项能力评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对规培总满意率为96.77%,较对照组的74.19%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论螺旋上升式教学模式用于儿科住院医师规培教学中,能够提高带教老师带教能力、住院医师临床能力和考核成绩,提高住院医师对规培的满意度。Objective To explore the influence of the spiral-up teaching mode used in the regular training teaching of pediatric residents on its clinical ability,teaching ability of teachers,residents'assessment results and students'satisfaction.Methods A total of 62 pediatric residents who had undergone regular training in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.31 residents in the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and 31 residents in the observation group adopted the spiral-up teaching mode.The clinical ability assessment results of the residents,the teaching ability of the teachers and the satisfaction of the residents were evaluated and compared 1 day before the end of the regular training.Results After the regular training,the clinical ability(professional ethics,communication and cooperation ability,critical thinking ability and medical safety)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical assessment,operation skills and case analysis ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the residents in the observation group had higher scores on various abilities of their teachers than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the regular training,the observation group's total satisfaction with the regular training was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The spiral-up teaching mode is used in the regular training teaching of pediatric residents,which can improve the teaching ability of teachers,residents'clinical ability and assessment results,and improve residents'satisfaction.
