摘 要:全面推进课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措,而岗位实习是高职院校培养高素质高技能人才的重要一环。如何落实好岗位实习课程思政是需要深入思考的问题。以茶艺专业为例,岗位实习课程思政建设,需要挖掘茶艺专业中茶文化、茶产业、茶科技三个方面所蕴含的思想政治元素,将专业内在的思政元素贯穿于岗位实习前期、中期、后期,全方位、多角度增强学生对专业思政元素内涵的理解、感悟,在岗位实习中促进学生专业技能与思政素养的全面提升。Comprehensively promoting the ideological and political construction of courses is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people through moral education,and post practice is an important part of training high-quality and high-skilled talents in vocational colleges.How to implement the ideology and politics of the post practice course is a question we need to think about.Taking the tea art major as an example,in the ideological and political construction of the post practice course,we need to dig out the ideological and political elements contained in the three aspects of tea culture,tea industry,and tea technology in the tea art major,and run through the internal ideological and political elements of the major in the early,middle,and late stages of post practice,so as to enhance students'understanding and percepti on of the connotation of professional ideological and political elements.
