摘 要:文章旨在探究日粮中添加不同水平大豆活性肽对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状、血清生化指标及肠道微生物的影响。试验选择体重(72.40±1.10)kg的育肥猪120头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮,A组、B组和C组分别在基础日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%、0.6%的大豆活性肽。试验期42 d。结果显示,日粮中添加大豆活性肽能够显著提高育肥猪的平均日增重(P<0.05),与对照组相比,B组育肥猪的料重比显著降低(P<0.05),C组育肥猪的料重比和平均背膘厚显著降低(P<0.05)。添加大豆活性肽能够改善肉色,显著降低B组和C组滴水损失(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组育肥猪血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),B组和C组血清尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05),C组育肥猪血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著降低(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。各试验组在门水平上的相对丰度超过1%的菌群有厚壁菌门、变形菌门和拟杆菌门,其中C组变形菌门的相对丰度较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。在属水平上相对丰度超过1%的菌群有放线菌属、粪球菌属、梭菌属和肠杆菌属,各菌属相对丰度与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,在日粮中添加0.4%~0.6%的大豆活性肽能够改善育肥猪的生长性能和胴体性状,调节血清生化指标,并影响肠道微生物组成。The purpose of the paper was to explore the effect of adding different levels of soybean active peptides to the diet on the growth performance,carcass traits,serum biochemical indexes and intestinal microorganisms of finishing pigs.A total of 120 finishing pigs with a weight of(72.40±1.10)kg were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate.The finishing pigs in the control group were fed a basic diet,and group A,group B and group C added 0.2%,0.4%and 0.6%soybean active peptides in the basic diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that the average daily gain of the finishing pigs was significantly increased by adding soybean active peptide(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the feed-to-weight ratio of the group B was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio and average back fat thickness of the group C were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Adding soybean active peptide could improve the meat color and significantly reduce the dripping loss of the finishing pigs in the group B and group C(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of serum MDA in the experimental groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),the content of serum BUN in the group B and group C decreased significantly(P<0.05),the content of IgM and T-AOC increased significantly(P<0.05).The activity of serum AST and GSH-Px in the group C decreased significantly,and the content of IgG increased significantly(P<0.05).The flora with a relative abundance of more than 1%at the phylum level in each experimental group included Firmicutes,Proteobacterium and Bacteroides,and the relative abundance of Proteobacterium in the group C was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The flora with a relative abundance over 1%at the genus level included Actinomycetes,Coprococcus,Clostridium and Enterobacter,and there was no significant difference in the relative abundance of each genus compared with the control group(P>0.05).The study indicate
