摘 要:使用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对体育教育专业学生教学组织能力维度及影响因素现状进行调查并分析其中的内在联系,结果显示,目前学校通过教育能够较好的提升学生的技能水平,但对实践课程体系的建设和教师作用的发挥有所忽视.学校可以通过增强教师能力,注重教学规范性,提升教师垂范作用,完善课程体系双线设置,打造合理规范的实践教育体系等方式提升体育教育专业学生的教学组织能力.This paper uses questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other methods to investigate the current situation of each dimension and each influencing factor of teaching organization ability of physical education students and analyze the inner connection among them.The results show that currently schools can better improve students'skills through education,but the construction of practical curriculum system and the role of teachers are neglected.Schools can improve the teaching organization ability of physical education students by enhancing teachers'ability,focusing on teaching standardization,enhancing teachers'exemplary role,improving the double-line setting of curriculum system,and creating a reasonable and standardized practical education system.
