二氧化锆全瓷冠在口腔修复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月~2023年2月本院收治的94例口腔修复患者,将其分为两组,观察组47例,应用二氧化锆全瓷冠进行口腔修复,对照组47例,应用钴铬合金烤瓷冠进行口腔修复。结果:观察修复体完整率、边缘密合率,观察组均比对照组高,观察修复体脱落、食物嵌塞、修复体存在颜色、继发龋发生率,观察组均比对照组低,差异明显,P<0.05。观察咀嚼功能及牙龈指标变化,修复前两组指标对比无差异,P>0.05。修复后两组均改善且有差异,P<0.05。观察组中,Fg检出率为8.51%,Fn检出率为6.38%,Tf检出率为8.51%,Pi检出率为10.64%,Aa检出率为6.38%。对照组中,Fg检出率为17.02%,Fn检出率为19.15%,Tf检出率为17.02%,Pi检出率为21.28%,Aa检出率为14.89%。两组检出率对比,P<0.05。修复后,观察组的牙齿美学评分比对照组优,P<0.05。结论:在口腔修复中应用二氧化锆全瓷冠能够提高患者的修复效果,增强咀嚼力,并且改善患者的牙齿美学效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown in prosthodontics.Methods:94 patients with oral restorations who were treated in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups:the observation group(47 cases)was treated with zirconium dioxide all ceramic crowns for oral restorations,and the control group(47 cases)was treated with cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crowns for oral restorations.Results:In terms of the integrity rate and edge sealing rate of the restoration,the observation group was higher than the control group.In terms of the detachment rate of the restoration,food impaction,color of the restoration,and incidence of secondary caries,the observation group was lower than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of changes in chewing function and gingival indicators,there was no difference in the comparison of indicators between the two groups before restoration,P>0.05.After repair,both groups improved and there was a difference,P<0.05.In the observation group,the detection rate of Fg was 8.51%,Fn was 6.38%,Tf was 8.51%,Pi was 10.64%,and Aa was 6.38%.In the control group,the detection rate of Fg was 17.02%,Fn was 19.15%,Tf was 17.02%,Pi was 21.28%,and Aa was 14.89%.Comparison of detection rates between the two groups,P<0.05.After restoration,the aesthetic score of the teeth in the observation group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown in oral restoration can improve the restoration effect of patients,enhance the masticatory force,and improve the aesthetic effect of patients’teeth.
