摘　　要：目的 查明2021年9月某校一起食源性疾病暴发事件的原因,为预防类似事件的发生提供参考。方法制订病例定义,开展病例搜索,进行个案调查、卫生学调查,采集标本进行实验室检测,开展病例对照研究探索暴发原因。结果 发现病例41例,罹患率为0.88%(41/4 636)。症状以腹泻(85.37%)、腹痛(60.98%)、呕吐(60.98%)为主,少数伴有发热、头痛等症状;共采集33份病例肛拭子或呕吐物标本和21份环境及食品样本,烤肉与病人呕吐物中同时检出金黄色葡萄球菌,肠毒素为A型阳性。结论 这是1起由金黄色葡萄球菌污染食品引起的食源性疾病暴发事件,建议加强对学校集体食堂的卫生监管,防止类似事件发生。Objective To find out the cause of a foodborne illness outbreak in a school in September 2021 so as to provide references for the prevention of similar incidents.Methods A case definition was developed,a case search was carried out,a case investigation,and hygiene investigation were carried out,specimens were collected for laboratory testing,and case-control studies were carried out to explore the causes of outbreaks.Results There were 41 cases with a prevalence rate of 0.88%(41/4636).The symptoms were mainly diarrhea(85.37%),abdominal pain(60.98%),vomiting(60.98%),and a few were accompanied by fever,headache,and other symptoms.A total of 33 swab or vomit specimens and 21 environmental and food samples were collected,and Staphylococcus aureus was detected in both the roast meat and the patient’s vomit,and the enterotoxin was positive for type A.Conclusion This is an outbreak of foodborne illness caused by Staphylococcus aureus contaminated food,and it is recommended to strengthen the hygiene supervision of school collective canteens to prevent similar incidents.
