摘 要:目的 将学业效能感与心理韧性纳入高中生活事件对其主观幸福感的影响路径中,探讨心理韧性和学业效能感在路径中的序列中介作用机制。方法 使用青少年生活满意度量表、青少年自评生活事件量表、心理韧性量表、学业效能感问卷,对980名高中学生开展问卷调查。结果 生活事件与高中生的心理韧性、学业效能感以及主观幸福感之间存在负相关关系(r=-0.190、-0.188、-0.393,P均<0.001);高中生的心理韧性与学业效能感、主观幸福感存在正相关关系(r=0.640、0.552,P均<0.001),高中生的学业效能感与主观幸福感存在正相关关系(r=0.525,P<0.001);高中生的心理韧性和学业效能感均部分中介了生活事件对主观幸福感的影响,并且中介作用不仅包含了个体的心理韧性和学业效能感的独立中介作用,还包含了心理韧性→学业效能感的序列中介效应。结论 高中生心理韧性和学业效能感是生活事件影响主观幸福感的重要内在机制。Objective To incorporate academic efficacy and psychological resilience into the influence path of senior high school life events on subjective well-being,and to explore the sequential mediating mechanism of psychological resilience and academic efficacy in the pathway.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 980 senior high school students by using the Adolescent Life Satisfaction Scale,Adolescent Self-rated Life Event Scale,Psychological Resilience Scale,and Academic Efficacy Questionnaire.Results There was a negative correlation between life events and psychological resilience,academic efficacy,and subjective well-being of senior high school students(r=-0.190,-0.188,-0.393,all P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between psychological resilience and academic efficacy and subjective well-being of senior high school students(r=0.640,0.552,both P<0.001),and there was a positive correlation between academic resilience and subjective well-being of senior high school students(r=0.525,P<0.001).The psychological resilience and academic efficacy of senior high school students partially mediated the impact of life events on subjective well-being,and the mediating role not only included the independent mediating role of individual psychological resilience and learning efficacy but also contained the sequential mediating effect of psychological resilience→learning efficacy.Conclusion Senior high school students’psychological resilience and academic efficacy are important internal mechanisms affecting subjective well-being in life events.
