摘　　要：对农产品生产基地与销售市场等开展全面及时的农产品质量安全风险评估及监督检查工作,可及时发现农产品存在的质量风险隐患,保障农产品的质量安全。抽样工作与样品制备工作属于农产品质量安全监测的前期工作,也是安全监测工作中的重要环节,对于后续监测结果的应用有着直接影响。因此,在农产品质量安全监测中,进一步加强抽样和样品制备工作的研究分析,总结出一套切实可行的抽样工作与样品制备工作方案,有助于全面提升农产品抽样和制备工作的科学化水平。Conducting comprehensive and timely risk assessment,supervision and inspection of agricultural product quality and safety in agricultural production bases and sales markets can timely identify potential quality risks and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.Sampling and sample preparation work belong to the preliminary work of agricultural product quality and safety monitoring,and are also important links in safety monitoring work,which have a direct impact on the application of subsequent monitoring results.Therefore,in the monitoring of agricultural product quality and safety,further strengthening the research and analysis of sampling and sample preparation work,summarizing a set of practical and feasible sampling and sample preparation work plans,will help to comprehensively improve the scientific level of agricultural product sampling and preparation work.
