摘　　要：知识的数字化、日益发达的网络技术改变知识的生产与传播方式,产生新的教育空间与教育组织模式。基于分析数字网络技术所带来的教育空间与教育组织模式的改变,总结教育网络空间共建共享的力量源泉;回顾数字网络技术推动开放科学与开放教育资源运动兴起并成为全球共识的过程,总结教育网络空间日益壮大并向智慧化转型发展的趋势。教育的智慧化发展受到国际社会的广泛重视,智慧教育是数字时代的教育新形态。构建网络空间命运共同体是伟大的时代命题,基于世界教育网络空间的脆弱性与中国发展智慧教育的比较优势,在公共产品供给、标准规范、建立国际共识等方面提出中国推动构建全球智慧教育共同体的四点建议,让充满中国智慧的智慧化教育网络空间造福世界。The digitization of knowledge and the increasingly developed network technology have changed the way knowledge is produced and disseminated,and new educational space and educational organization model have emerged.This paper analyzes the changes in educational space and educational organization mode brought about by digital network technology,and summarizes the power sources of co-construction and sharing of educational cyberspace.The paper reviews the process of digital network technology promoting the rise of open science and open educational resources and the movement of open educational resources which becomes a global consensus,and summarizes the trend of the growing and intelligent transformation of educational cyberspace.The intelligent development of education has received extensive attention from the international community,and smart education is a new form of education in the digital age.Based on the fragility of the world’s educational cyberspace and China’s comparative advantages in developing smart education,this paper puts forward four suggestions for China to promote the construction of a global smart education community in terms of public goods supply,standards and norms,and international consensus,so that the smart education cyberspace full of Chinese wisdom can benefit the world.
