摘 要:当前煤矿胶轮车管控系统多采用基于车辆精确定位的方案,该方案对无精确定位或外部车辆多、车辆定位卡管控效力差的辅助运输工况的适配性不佳。现有的红外对射、地感等传感器方案存在稳定性差、维护复杂、管控策略过于简单等缺点。对此,提出了一种基于毫米波雷达技术的煤矿胶轮车管控系统方案。该方案延续了传感器闭锁系统的设计思路,采用独立于精确定位系统的毫米波数据源,设计合理的路口判定和路权排序机制。该方案通过将毫米波雷达铺设在路口各个岔口,获取到路口运动目标的数据集,由控制器解析路口管控策略,输出交通管控信号,提升了系统的管控效率且能够与现有系统相融合。Currently,the management and control system of coal mine rubber tire vehicles mostly adopts a solution based on precise vehicle positioning.This scheme has poor adaptability to auxiliary transportation conditions where there is no precise positioning or there are many external vehicles,and the control effectiveness of vehicle positioning cards is poor.The existing infrared targeting,ground sensing and other sensor schemes have drawbacks such as poor stability,complex maintenance,and overly simple control strategies.A coal mine rubber tire vehicle management and control system scheme based on millimeter wave radar technology was proposed.The plan continues the design concept of a sensor locking system,using a millimeter wave data source independent of the precise positioning system,and designing a reasonable intersection determination and right-of-way sorting mechanism.The plan involved laying millimeter wave radar at each intersection to obtain a dataset of moving targets at the intersection.The controller analyzed the intersection control strategy output traffic control signals,improved the system’s control efficiency and was able to integrate with existing systems.
