摘　　要：自然语言处理与深度学习等人工智能技术的广泛应用为机器翻译的产生和发展提供了契机。机器翻译作为翻译技术中的重要一环,能够有效助力中国精神的弘扬,在中国对外话语体系的构建和融通过程中展现其强有力的工具性作用。然而,从技术伦理视角对翻译技术的发展进行反思可发现:目前在机器翻译的技术层面和“机器翻译+译后编辑”的应用层面还存在亟需探讨的伦理问题,具体包括算法偏见、数据泄露、语言处理的局限性及对语言发展的消极影响、译者主体性的消解、责任主体的模糊性以及翻译成果的版权争议。聚焦人工智能时代机器翻译的伦理问题并提出相应的对策和伦理规范,有助于应对机器翻译等翻译技术带来的伦理挑战,进而推动信息技术、技术哲学和语言翻译智能的进一步融合与发展。The wide application of artificial intelligence technologies such as natural language processing and deep learning provides opportunities for the generation and development of machine translation.Machine translation,as an important part of translation technology,can effectively promote the Chinese spirit and play a powerful instrumental role in the construction and integration of China's international discourse system.However,a reflection of the development of translation technology from the perspective of technical ethics reveals that there are still some ethical issues needed to be discussed in the technical aspects of machine translation and the application of"machine translation plus post-editing",including algorithmic bias,data leakage,the limitations of language processing and the negative impact on language development,the deconstruction of the translator's subjectivity,the ambiguity of the responsible subject and the copyright dispute over the translation achievements.Therefore,this paper focuses on the ethical issues of machine translation in the era of artificial intelligence and proposes corresponding countermeasures and ethical norms,which is conducive to meeting the ethical challenges brought by machine translation and other translation technologies and further promoting the integration and development of information technology,philosophy of technology and language translation intelligence.
