大数据能力对公司创业的影响研究——以信息技术企业为例

摘　　要：基于数据驱动的视角,本文构建了数字经济环境下大数据能力、知识整合对公司创业影响的理论模型。通过310份公司创业数据进行实证检验发现:大数据资源获取能力与分析整合能力对公司创业存在显著正向影响,但大数据洞察预测能力对公司创业存在显著负向影响;大数据资源获取能力与分析整合能力对知识获取、知识融合、知识重构均存在显著正向影响,大数据洞察预测能力对知识获取和知识重构没有显著影响,对知识融合存在显著负向影响;知识获取、知识融合与知识重构对公司创业均存在显著正向影响;知识整合视角下知识融合在大数据能力各维度与公司创业之间存在中介效应,知识获取与知识重构的中介效应不存在。Based on the data-driven perspective,this paper constructs a theoretical model for the impact of big data capabilities and knowledge integration on corporate entrepreneurship within the context of the digital economy.Then it makes an empirical test of 310 copies of entrepreneurship data with the following findings:the resource acquisition capability of big data as well as its analytical integration capability has a remarkable positive impact on company entrepreneurship,on which its discerning and predicting capability exerts an obvious negative influence,though;its resource acquisition capability and analytical integration capability have a prominent positive effect on knowledge acquisition,knowledge fusion,and knowledge reconstruction,while with no obvious impact on knowledge acquisition and knowledge reconstruction,its discerning and predicting capability affects knowledge fusion in a significantly negative manner;knowledge acquisition,knowledge fusion,and knowledge reconstruction all have a remarkable positive impact on corporate entrepreneurship;and from the perspective of knowledge integration,knowledge fusion has a mediating effect between all dimensions of big data capabilities and corporate entrepreneurship,but knowledge acquisition and knowledge reconstruction have no mediating effect.
