摘 要:为促进酒糟的资源化开发和利用,以酱香型白酒酒糟稻壳为原料热解制备生物炭。以粗炭产率和不同乙醇体积分数溶液中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)吸附容量为评价指标,通过正交试验优化制备工艺,采用比表面及孔隙度分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电镜-X射线能谱仪(SEM-EDS)对生物炭进行了表征。结果表明,酒糟稻壳基生物炭的最优制备工艺为炭化温度400℃,活化时间12 h,炭化时间2.5 h,碱料比2∶1,升温速率5℃/min。此优化条件下,粗炭产率为46.14%,DBP吸附容量最高为20.725 mg/g(水体系)。乙醇体积分数对生物炭的吸附性能有重要影响,随着乙醇体积分数在0~50%范围内升高,生物炭对DBP的吸附容量明显下降,但与商业活性炭相比,酒糟稻壳基生物炭对乙醇水溶液中DBP具有更优的吸附性能。To promote the resourceful development and utilization of Baijiu distiller's grains,the biochar was prepared from sauce-flavor(Jiangxiangxing)Baijiu distiller's grains husk by pyrolysis.Using raw biochar yield and the adsorption capacity of dibutyl phthalate(DBP) on biochar in solutions with different volume fractions of ethanol as evaluation indicators,the preparation process was optimized by orthogonal experiments.The biochar were characterized by specifics surface area and porosity analyzer,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and scanning electron microscope-X-ray energy spectrometer(SEM-EDS).The results showed that the optimal preparation process of biochar from sauce-flavor Baijiu distiller's grains husk were obtained as follows:pyrolysis temperature 400 ℃,activation time 12 h,pyrolysis time 2.5 h,alkali and material ratio 2∶1,and heating rate 5 ℃/min.Under these optimal conditions,the raw biochar yield was 46.14% and adsorption capacity of DBP(in aqueous system) was the highest of 20.725 mg/g,respectively.The volume fraction of ethanol had an important effect on the adsorption performance of biochar,and the adsorption capacity of biochar for DBP decreased significantly with the increase of the volume fraction of ethanol in the range of 0-50%.Compared with the commercial activated carbon,biochar from sauce-flavor Baijiu distiller's grains husk had a superior adsorption performance for DBP in aqueous ethanol solution.
