《黄帝内经》运气七篇基础理论研究概况

摘　　要：五运六气源自《黄帝内经》的运气七篇,是中医理论的一门特色体系学说。文章筛选近10年运气七篇基础理论的相关文献,并归纳、分析、概括为3个部分:哲学思想研究、天文历法研究和医理研究。在哲学思想探讨中,五运六气的自然逻辑概念和思维特征的确立,气化学说中各气的名称指代的界别,还有术数推演内容的考察均有深化。在天文历法应用上,天文坐标系模型、天门地户的阐析、五气经天、南北政、天干化气、干支历法、运气起始时刻等研究产生突破性进展。在医理研究上,病机、郁证等概念和应用,发病规律和治疗法则的补充等医理丰富了相关领域,且运气脉法仍是未来研究的重难点。建议在研究内容、研究方法与研究工具上开拓创新空间,系统构建运气学说独有的诊疗体系是运气七篇基础理论研究的目前所需。The five yun and six qi originated from the seven articles of yunqi in Huangdi Neijing,which is a characteristic system theory of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper selects relevant literature of basic theories about yunqi seven articles in recent ten years,summarizes and analyzes them into three parts,which are philosophical thought research,astronomy and calendar research and medical science research.In the discussion of philosophical thoughts,the establishment of the natural logical concept and thinking characteristics of the five yun and six qi,the definition of the name of each qi in gasification theory,and the investigation of the content of mathematical deduction have been deepened.In the application of astronomical calendar,breakthroughs have been made in the research of astronomical coordinate system model,interpretation and analysis of Tianmen and Dihu,five qi through heaven,north-south politics,Tiangan and qi transformation,Ganzhi calendar,and the beginning of yunqi.In medical research,the concept and application of pathogenesis and depression syndrome,as well as the supplement of pathogenesis and treatment rules and so on have enriched related fields,and the method of transport qi is still a major difficulty in future research.It is suggested to explore the innovation space in the research content,methods and tools,and construct a unique diagnosis and treatment system of yunqi theory systematically is the current need of the basic theories about yunqi sevenarticles.
