摘  要:农村中职学生英语阅读能力普遍较弱,但目前尚无针对农村中职学生英语兴趣阅读能力的研究。为贯彻加大对农村地区职业教育支持力度的要求,本研究开展了一项导读活动以探索提升农村中职学生英语阅读水平的途径。研究者收集课堂观察、教师日记、深度访谈的数据,分析学生接受该活动的表现、进步的迹象和教师对活动的感受,提出通过营造有趣的气氛、在使用词典和趣味猜词之间取得平衡、纠正师生的相关问题等途径提升农村中职学生英语阅读水平。The English reading ability of rural secondary vocational students is generally weak,but there is no research on it.In order to implement the requirements for increasing support for vocational education in rural areas,this study carried out a guided reading activity to explore ways to improve the English reading level of rural secondary vocational students.The researchers collected data from classroom observations,teachers'diaries,and in-depth interviews,analyzed students'performance in accepting the activity,signs of progress,and teachers'feelings about the activity,and proposed that improving the English reading level of rural secondary vocational students can be achieved by creating an interesting and encouraging atmosphere,striking a balance between using dictionaries and fun guessing words,and correcting relevant problems of teachers and students.This study will help improve the English reading level of rural secondary vocational students so that they can better adapt to higher vocational studies.
