摘　　要：高职院校众创空间的创新发展是将产业需求更好融入人才培养全过程,逐步形成教育和产业统筹融合、良性互动发展格局的有效路径。文章通过研究江苏省高职院校众创空间发展现状、功能定位以及目前建设中存在的问题,提出高职院校众创空间建设应当不断深化产教融合,探索科教融汇,从创新一体化融合机制、特色化项目建设、创新体系构建、双创教师优化、加大教育宣传等方面探讨高职院校众创空间发展的完善路径。The innovation and development of the mass maker space in vocational colleges is an effective way to better integrate the industrial needs into the whole process of talent training,and gradually form an overall integration and a sound,interactive development pattern of education and industry.By studying the status quo,development orientation and existing problems in the construction of the mass maker space in vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,this paper proposes that the construction of mass maker space in vocational colleges should continue to deepen the integration of production and education and explore the integration of science and education.This paper also discusses the path perfection for the development of mass maker space in vocational colleges from the aspects of innovation integration mechanism,characteristic project construction,innovation system construction,double-innovation teacher optimization,and strengthening educational publicity.
