摘　　要：提高教学质量的关键在教师。青年教师是高校教师队伍的主体力量,提高教学质量,必须加强青年教师的培养。教学竞赛是高校培养教师教学能力和提高教学水平的重要途径,是坚持“以本为本”、推进“四个回归”的重要手段。文章从青年教师教学能力的现状研究出发,提出“做好赛前教学设计是提升教学能力的前提、做好赛中教学展示是提升教学能力的关键、做好赛后教学反思是提升教学能力的保障”三条途径,同时,结合自身参赛经历提出教学竞赛还要增强自我发展意识、正确定位竞赛地位、提高教育教学能力。The key to improving teaching quality lies in teachers.Young teachers are the main force of college teachers.To improve teaching quality,we must strengthen the training of young teachers.Teaching competition is an important way to cultivate teachers teaching ability and improve teaching level in colleges and universities.It is also an important means to adhere to“taking the foundation as the foundation”and promote“four regression”.Starting from the research on the current situation of young teachers teaching ability,this paper puts forward three approaches:“Pre-competition teaching design is the premise to improve teaching ability,in-competition teaching display is the key to improve teaching ability,and post-competition teaching reflection is the guarantee to improve teaching ability”.At the same time,According to the experience of participating in the competition,the author puts forward that the teaching competition should strengthen the consciousness of self-development,position the competition position correctly and improve the teaching ability.
