摘 要:高校教师教学评价是促进教师专业发展和提升学生学习效果的有效途径。目前我国高校教师教学评价面临一系列问题:评价机构职能分散的组织困境,理论研究应用不足的行为惯性,主体参与度不高的利益博弈,信息技术整合程度低的技术樊笼等等。建议高校强化评价组织协同,提升系统组织合力;突破评价行为惯性,加速评价理念与机制改革;平衡评价主体利益,构建评价共同体;重视数据动态研究,促进技术与评价整合。Teaching evaluation of university teachers is an effective way to promote teachers'professional development and improve students'learning effect.The teaching evaluation of university teachers in China is faced with such problems as the organizational dilemma of decentralized functions of evaluation institutions,the behavioral inertia of insufficient application of theoretical research,the interest game with low participation of subjects,and the technical cage with low integration of information technology.It is suggested that colleges and universities strengthen the coordination of evaluation organizations and improve the synergy of system organizations,Break through the inertia of evaluation behavior and accelerate the reform of evaluation concept and mechanism,Balancing the interests of evaluation subjects and constructing evaluation community,Pay attention to the dynamic research of data and promote the integration of technology and evaluation.
