摘  要:天然药物化学是药学等学科的核心课程之一,其教学质量与中医药产业现代化升级与创新性发展密切相关。基于其教学内容繁多、知识点琐碎,以及教学内容与实际科研过程高度一致的特点,本文设计了一种基于研究型教学与翻转课堂的联合教学模式,旨在提升天然药物化学的综合教学质量。研究结果表明,采用联合教学模式的实验组相较于采用传统教学模式的对照组,其平时成绩与期末成绩均存在显著差异(P<0.05),实验组期末平均成绩(76.88)相较于对照组(69.45)提升超过7分。问卷调查结果显示,实验组教学模式更能激发学生自主学习以及提前预习的热情。此外,实验组对于本门课程在自身创新性培养、相关领域就业及未来升学等方面的能力提升具有更高的认可度。综上,基于研究型教学与翻转课堂的联合教学模式在本次天然药物化学课程的探索中取得了较好的教学效果,极大提升了教学质量。Medicinal chemistry of natural products is one of the core courses of pharmacy and other majors,and its teaching quality is closely related to the modernization and innovative development of Traditional Chinese medicine industry.Based on the characteristics of excessive teaching contents,miscellaneous knowledge points,and high consistency between teaching contents and actual scientific research process,the present research designed an integrative teaching mode based on research education and flipped classroom,aiming at improving the comprehensive teaching quality of medicinal chemistry of natural products.The results showed that both usual performance scores and final exam scores of the experimental group using the integrative teaching mode exhibited significant differences comparing with the control group using traditional teaching mode(P<0.05),and the final exam scores of the experimental group(76.88)increased by more than 7 points compared with that of control group(69.45).The results of questionnaire survey show that the integrative teaching mode used in experimental group can stimulate students'enthusiasm for spontaneous learning and preview in advance.In addition,the experimental group has a higher degree of recognition for the ability improvement of this course on the innovative training,employment in related fields,and future study.To sum up,the integrative teaching mode based on research education and flipped classroom has achieved teaching effect and quality improvement in this exploration of medicinal chemistry of natural products classroom.
