摘 要:中国现已建成世界上较为完善的职业教育体系,职业技能人才储备为提高国家综合竞争力提供了有力支撑。结合杜威实用主义教育思想,在分析其内涵和应用的基础上,明确高职院校文秘专业职业素养培养目标,在思想领域引导学生深化职业情感、增进职业认同、提升人文素养,在实践环节以行动为导向,创设问题设置情境,利用项目协作学习,实现人尽其才,切实提升职业素养,增强学生的社会竞争力。China has now established a relatively complete vocational education system in the world,and the reserve of vocational and skilled talents provides strong support for improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the country.Based on the analysis of Dewey's pragmatic educational philosophy and its connotation and application,this paper clarifies the training objectives of professional literacy for secretary major in higher vocational colleges.In the field of ideology,it guides students to deepen professional emotions,enhance professional identity,and enhance humanistic literacy.In the practical stage,it is action oriented,creates problem setting scenarios,utilizes project collaborative learning,achieves the full potential of talents,effectively improves professional literacy,and enhances students'social competitiveness.
