产教融合视域下涉外旅游人才培养路径的创新与实践——以浙江国际海运职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：旅游产业的国际化发展对涉外旅游人才培养提出新要求。在分析浙江国际海运职业技术学院涉外旅游人才培养现状的基础上,通过构建产教融合新生态、校企共促教育供给侧改革探索人才培养新路径,提出持续打造互利共赢的产教融合生态圈等深化涉外旅游人才培养的建议,为当地行业企业培养更适配的涉外旅游人才,推进旅游类专业的产教融合。The internationalization of the tourism industry poses new requirements for the cultivation of foreign-related tourism talents.Based on the analysis of the current situation of foreign tourism talent cultivation in Zhejiang International Maritime College,this paper explores new paths for talent cultivation by constructing a new ecosystem of industry-education integration and promoting education supply side reform through school-enterprise cooperation.Suggestions for deepening foreign tourism talent cultivation,such as continuously building a mutually beneficial and win-win industry-education integration ecosystem,are proposed to cultivate more suitable foreign tourism talents for local industry enterprises and promote the integration of industry and education in tourism majors.
