摘  要:中国大学生物理学术竞赛(CUPT)自2010年发起以来已经历了13年,目前是我国物理学领域影响力最大的本科生竞赛,每年有近200所高校的师生参与其中.北京师范大学是最早参与CUPT的高校之一,并于2011年起发起了校级物理学术竞赛(BNUPT).本文系统回顾PT系列竞赛在北京师范大学的发展历程及其在物理学系拔尖创新人才培养中的作用.在此基础上,本文给出未来PT系列竞赛在北京师范大学的可能发展方向,包括:1)从校内走向校际交流;2)利用自媒体平台进行关于竞赛模式优化、竞赛课题解决以及相关教学研究的推广与交流;3)结合北京师范大学的人才培养理念,搭建大学-中学阶段基于物理学术竞赛(PT)模式的创新人才培养桥梁,在培养卓越教师的过程中实践并推广PT育人模式.Since its inception in 2010,the China Undergraduate Physics Tournament(CUPT)has gone through 13 years of development and is currently the most influential undergraduate physics competition in China,with nearly 200 universities participating annually.Beijing Normal University(BNU)was one of the earliest universities to participate in CUPT and launched its own campus-level physics academic competition(BNUPT)in 2011.This paper provides a systematic review of the development of the PT series competitions at BNU and their role in cultivating top innovative talents in the physics department.Based on this,possible future development directions for the PT series competitions at BNU are proposed,including:1)moving from intra-campus to inter-campus exchanges;2)utilizing social media platforms to promote and exchange information on optimizing competition models,addressing competition topics,and related teaching research;3)combining BNU s talent cultivation philosophy in research-oriented teachers to build an innovation talent cultivation bridge between university and high school stages based on the Physics Tournament(PT)model and practicing and promoting the PT educational model in basic education.
