摘　　要：近几年,食品安全问题频发,使人们对食品安全的信任大幅下降。因此,做好食品安全监管和抽检工作显得非常重要。本文分析食品安全监管的重要性、食品安全监管工作抽检流程以及食品安全监管工作中抽检环节常见的问题,并在此基础上提出合理的解决对策,确保抽检工作的顺利进行,为国内食品安全监管工作的稳定开展提供参考借鉴。In recent years,frequent food safety problems have caused people’s trust in food safety to decline significantly.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job of food safety supervision and sampling inspection.This paper analyzes the importance of food safety supervision,the sampling inspection process of food safety supervision and the common problems in the sampling inspection process of food safety supervision,and proposes reasonable solutions on this basis to ensure the smooth progress of sampling inspection and provide references for the stable development of domestic food safety supervision.
