摘　　要：目的:探索ADDIE模型在皮肤病理教学中应用效果。方法:选取2021-2023年皮肤科规培学员为研究对象,实验组按ADDIE模型设计的皮肤病理学教学模型进行教学,对照组采取传统的教学。通过总结性评价及问卷调查,统计分析两组学员理论知识及病理阅片的成绩,学员对课程内容、教师课前准备、教学方式、教学态度及对学习收获的满意度。结果:培训结束后实验组学员理论知识及病理阅片成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学员对课程内容、教学方式及学习成果满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于ADDIE模型的皮肤病理教学,能够使规培医生快速、高效地掌握常见皮肤疾病的病理特点。Objective:To explore the application effect of ADDIE model in the teaching of skin pathology.Methods:A total of 23 dermatology trainees were selected as were the control group and 26 dermatology trainees were selected as the experimental group.The experimental group was taught according to the dermatology teaching model designed by ADDIE model,while the control group was taught according to the traditional teaching.Through summative evaluation and questionnaire survey,the results of theoretical knowledge and pathological film reading of the two groups of students were statistically analyzed,and the students'satisfaction with the course content,teachers'preparation before class,teaching methods,teaching attitudes and learning harvest were analyzed.Results:After the training,the theoretical knowledge and pathological film reading scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group on the course content,teaching methods and learning results was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching of skin pathology based on ADDIE model can enable students to grasp the pathological characteristics of common skin diseases quickly and efficiently.
