摘 要:目的:探讨翻转课堂在高职院校医学检验技术专业《微生物学检验》课程教学中的应用价值。方法:选取某校2019级医学检验技术专业94名学生为对照组,2020级医学检验班105名学生为研究组。对照组采用传统教学,研究组采用翻转课堂模式教学,课前发布拟解决问题、微课、课件等相关资料,课中设计多种教学方法引导学生分析讨论、辅导解决问题,课后利用云平台发布调查问卷和课堂内容测试。结果:研究组学生期末理论、实践考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组90%以上的同学认为该模式对培养专业兴趣、提高自主学习积极性和查阅文献资料能力有明显帮助。结论:采用翻转课堂模式进行《微生物学检验》教学,可充分发挥学生的创造性和自主性,培养独立思考、分析问题、解决问题的能力,学生学习成绩明显提高。Objective:To explore the research value of Flipped classroom in the teaching of microbiological examination for medical laboratory technology majors in vocational colleges.Method:Ninety medical laboratory technology students from Anhui Medical College in 2019 were selected as the control group,and 105 medical laboratory classes from 2020 were selected as the research group.The control group used traditional teaching,and the research group used the Flipped classroom mode of teaching.Before the class,relevant materials such as problems to be solved,micro classes,courseware,etc.were released.In the class,a variety of teaching methods were designed to guide,analyze,discuss,coach and solve problems.After the class,questionnaires and classroom content tests were released using the cloud platform.Result:The final theoretical and practical exam scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).More than 90%of the students in the research group believed that this model was significantly helpful in cultivating professional interest,improving self-directed learning enthusiasm,and improving the ability to access literature.Conclusion:The Flipped classroom model is used in the teaching of Microbiological Examination,giving full play to the creativity and autonomy of students,and cultivating the ability to think independently,analyze problems and solve problems;Students'academic performance has significantly improved.
