摘 要:针对现有技术中电能计量装置故障诊断精度低、数据处理效率低、实时性差等问题,设计了一种新型的智能故障诊断装置,控制单元使用ATE7053多功能计量芯片,用于快速集成计量故障异常数据信息,以及迅速处理云传输的解密数据,为之后故障处理报警提供硬件支持。此外,该研究采用智能故障报警方式,通过传递给后台电能计量服务系统判定当前计量装健康问题。通过自适应PID控制故障报警并采用交流采样算法来计算出检测器的报警阈值,然后通过显示屏实时显示。仿真结果表明,该研究故障诊断准确度最高,平均值达到了90.76%。Aiming at the problems of low fault diagnosis accuracy,low data processing efficiency and poor real-time performance of electric energy metering device in the existing technology,a new intelligent fault diagnosis device is designed.The control unit uses the ATE7053 multi-function metering chip for rapid integration of metering fault abnormal data information,as well as rapid processing of decrypted data transmitted by the cloud,providing hardware support for subsequent fault processing alarms.In addition,the research adopts the intelligent fault alarm mode to determine the current health problems of metering equipment by transmitting it to the background electric energy metering service system.The fault alarm is controlled by adaptive PID,and the alarm threshold of the detector is calculated by AC sampling algorithm,and then displayed in real time through the display screen.The simulation results show that the fault diagnosis accuracy of this research is the highest,and the average value reaches 90.76%.
