摘　　要：专业群建设的关键是专业师资和专业课程建设。本文采用基于专家评判的模糊层次分析法,首先根据高水平专业要求确定评价指标,通过各级指标的重要程度进行两两比较,建立判断矩阵,再根据特征根和特征向量法确定指标权重,最后计算教师教学质量综合得分,确定评价等级,提出改进措施。The key to the construction of professional groups is the construction of professional teachers and professional courses.This paper adopts the fuzzy analytic hierarchy method based on expert evaluation,first determines the evaluation index according to the high-level professional requirements,compares the importance of the indicators at all levels,establishes the judgment matrix,and then determines the index weight according to the feature root and feature vector method,and finally calculates the comprehensive score of teacher teaching quality,determines the evaluation level,and proposes improvement measures.
