摘  要:本研究基于高等院校英语应用能力考试听力理解测试和元认知意识听力问卷(MALQ),以高职非英语专业学生为对象展开,发现被试具有中等水平的元认知意识,常常运用引导性注意、解决问题和计划评估等策略帮助听力理解。在听力理解过程中,被试缺乏自信,大多依靠翻译。本研究同时证实了元认知意识与听力成绩的正相关关系,因此教师应在高职英语听力课堂中引入听力策略的教学,从而提高高职学生的元认知意识。Based on listening comprehension test of Practical English Test of Colleges and Metacognitive Awareness Listening Awareness(MALQ),non-English major students in Higher Vocational College participated in this study.The study showed that the participants possessed medium-level metacognitive awareness and they often use the strategies of directed attention,problem-solving,and planning-evaluation to help comprehend during listening.Most of the participants lacked confidence and resorted to translation during listening comprehension.This study also confirmed the positive correlation between metacognitive awareness and listening performance.Higher Vocational College instructors should introduce listening strategy teaching in English listening class,so as to improve students’metacognitive awareness.
