摘 要:随着重载列车牵引质量和编组长度的增加,给列车操纵与运输安全带来诸多问题。2万t重载组合列车因制动力判断失误被迫停车事件频发,严重影响运输效率和运输安全。文中基于多刚体动力学、120型控制阀动作逻辑原理和空气流动理论建立朔黄铁路2万t重载列车仿真模型,结合列车精细化操纵指导要求,对朔黄铁路2万t重载列车的试闸方式与制动力判断标准进行研究,提出更为精准有效的空气制动力判别方式,为列车途停问题提出解决方案,对提升运能和保障列车运行安全以及精准辅助驾驶系统和自动驾驶系统的研发提供理论依据。With the continuous innovation of heavy haul transportation technology in China,the increasing weight and marshalling length of the heavy haul trains also bring many problems to the train operation and transportation safety.The frequent accidents of 20,000 t heavy haul trains forced to stop due to the wrong judgment of braking force and seriously affect the transportation efficiency and safety.Using the Train Air Brake and Longitudinal Dynamics Simulation System(TABLDSS),combined with the current Shuohuang Railway 20,000 t heavy haul train refined operation guidance requirements to explore the judgment criterion and adjustment methods of 20,000 t heavy haul train braking force in the long steep ramp,and the braking force judgment standards suitable for the 20,000 t heavy haul train on the Shuohuang Railway are proposed to improve measures for solving the problem of unexpected train stop.It has important practical significance for the improvement of driver’s manipulation skills,ensuring transportation efficiency and operation safety,and the research and development of train automatic driving technology.
