摘 要:生物化学实验课程是很多高校开设的本科生主干基础课,经过多年来沉淀与积累,具有成熟的教学内容与教学方法。但随着实验技术的变革和对学生实验能力培养要求的提高,传统的实验教学模式(包括教学内容和教学方式),均面临更新变革的压力。与实验内容变革相比,教学方式的变革要求更高、更难,但也更为必要。因此,文章结合实践经验,提出了在高校生物化学实验课程中开展“变式”教学模式探索的概念、方式、优点与局限性。该模式的探索与实施,有望打破传统的实验教学思维,提高学生实际解决问题能力,提升教学质量,为其他高校的生物化学实验课程或高校中基础实验课程的其他改革提供启发与借鉴。“Biochemistry Experiments”is a basic experimental course for undergraduates in many universities,and a distinct system of teaching content and teaching methods has been well established after years of development.However,the rapid technical innovation and higher culivation goals require traditional teaching models(including both teaching content and the methods)to develop and be reformed accordingly.Compared with the reform in teaching content,the reform in teaching methods is more complex,more difcult,and more important.Based on previous teaching experience,the authors explored“Pedagogy of Variations”in the course of Biochemistry Expeni ments and discussed the concept,practice,advantages,as well as limitations.The application of variation teaching aims to develop the experimental abilities in students and improve teaching quality,providing reference for teaching reform in similar experimental courses.
