高校党建引领“三全育人”提质增效探究——以辽宁工程技术大学电控学院为例

摘　　要：针对当前部分高校在推进“三全育人”综合改革中存在着全员育人角色合力欠佳、全程育人环节衔接不畅、全方位育人载体构建不全面等问题,提出发挥党建引领作用,积极构建“三全育人”一体化工程,创新和优化“三全育人”方式方法等建议,研究结论为切实提升育人质量,进一步加强新时代大学生的思想政治教育提供参考。In response to the current problems in some universities in promoting the comprehensive reform of"three-wide education",such as poor synergy of the role of all staff in education,poor connection of the entire education process,and incomplete construction of comprehensive education carrier,this article puts forward some suggestions such as giving full play to the leading role of Party construction,actively constructing the"three-wide education"integration project,innovating and optimizing the methods of the"three-wide education".The research conclusion provides reference for effectively improving the quality of education and further strengthening the ideological and political education of college students in the new era.
