摘　　要：本文从数字经济的时代背景出发,利用新一代信息技术为广西地方菜桂菜系的文化提质、智能发展提供助力,为广西地方菜的推广和创新提供了新的机遇。同时挖掘广西桂菜系的独特优势与面临的挑战,在数字经济背景下探寻广西地方菜——广西桂菜的传承与创新研究策略,从而发挥广西的美食文化优势,推动广西地方美食文化的传承与创新发展,实现广西地方高质量发展。Starting from the background of the era of digital economy,this paper utilizes the new generation of information technology to provide assistance for the cultural enhancement and intelligent development of Guangxi local cuisine-Guangxi Gui cuisine system,which provides new opportunities for the promotion and innovation of Guangxi local cuisine.At the same time,it digs into the unique advantages and challenges faced by Guangxi Gui cuisine system,and deeply explores the inheritance and innovation research strategy of Guangxi local cuisine-Guangxi Gui cuisine under the background of digital economy,so as to give full play to the gastronomic and cultural advantages of Guangxi,to promote the inheritance and innovative development of Guangxi local gastronomic culture,and to realize the high-quality development of Guangxi localities of great significance.
