摘　　要：本研究采集宁夏12个养殖重点县区114个牧场的荷斯坦奶牛混合奶罐奶样,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定生鲜牛乳中钙、铁、锌、硒等9种矿物质元素含量,对其差异性进行评价,探明宁夏牛奶富硒富锌富钾富铜的显著特异性品质,为“宁夏牛奶”品牌创建、标准化生产提供技术支撑。This study collected tank milk samples of mixed milk of Holstein cows from 114 pastures in 12 key breeding counties and districts in Ningxia,measured the content of nine mineral elements,including calcium,iron,zinc and selenium,in fresh milk by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,evaluated their differences,and proved the significant and specific quality of Ningxia milk,which is rich in selenium,zinc,potassium and copper,providing technical support for the brand creation and standardized production of“Ningxia milk”.
