摘　　要：针对安全类行业人才适应性不足、行业类人才安全素养不足,以及学科交叉与行业协同路径不清的问题,在一流本科-工程教育-卓越计划三重体系要求下,进一步深化工程教育改革,落实立德树人根本任务,W大学安全工程专业依托学校建工建材、交通、汽车三大行业特色及安全科学与应急管理学科群的优势,充分发挥一流专业引领作用,与应急管理、大数据管理与应用等专业进行“工管融合”,构建以三大行业为特色的“安全+行业”协同育人模式,积极探索极具特色的“安全+”卓越人才培养模式改革与育人保障体系研究,为提升卓越安全工程师的行业能力和提高行业人才的安全素养提供新思路和新方案。In view of the lack of adaptability of talents in safety industry,the lack of safety literacy of industry talents,and the unclear path of interdisciplinary and industry coordination,under the requirements of the triple system of first-class undergraduate-engineering education-excellent plan,the reform of engineering education was further deepened,and the fundamental task of moral education was implemented.Based on the characteristics of the three major industries of construction,building materials,transportation and automobile,and the advantages of the discipline group of safety science and emergency management,the safety engineering specialty of W university gave full play to the leading role of the first-class specialty,and carries out"engineering management integration"with the specialties of emergency management,big data management and application.It constructed a"safety+industry"collaborative education model characterized by three major industries,actively explored the reform of the"safety plus"excellent talent training model and the research on the education guarantee system,and provided new ideas and new solutions for improving the industry ability of excellent safety engineers and improving the safety literacy of industry talents.
