摘　　要：非物质文化遗产名录英译是“一带一路”倡议、中国文化“走出去”等重大国家战略的一个重要组成部分。以《河南省公共服务领域英文译写参考(试行)》收录的河南非遗英译名录为研究对象,分析采用的翻译方法和实现的翻译效果。认为音译加直译、直译、直译加注、音译加注和音译为使用频率最高的翻译方法,旨在保留非遗文化的异质性,为非遗名称英译统一术语、争取非遗名录英译规范化奠定了基础。最后,基于《试行》的翻译经验,从生态翻译学的角度提出非遗名录英译应遵循的三原则:重视生态系统的完整性、促进生态系统整体平衡以及维护中华传统文化生态系统的独特性。The English translation of Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH)list is an important part of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Chinese culture going-out cultural agenda.This study takes the English translation of the list of Henan’s ICH in A Guide to English Usage in Public Services Henan Province(Trial)as the research subjects,analyzes the translation methods adopted and the translation effects achieved.It holds that in order to preserve the foreignness of ICH,transliteration plus literal translation,literal translation,literal translation plus annotation,transliteration plus annotation and transliteration are the most frequently used methods.Efforts have been made to unify ICH name translation and to standardize the English ICH lists.Finally,from the perspective of ecological translation,this study puts forward three principles of integrity,balance of the ecosystem and the uniqueness of the traditional Chinese cultural ecosystem in the process of English translation of ICH list.This study has certain reference value for the English translation of Henan ICH names.
