摘  要:文章旨在探究日粮中加入迷迭香提取物对肉鸡生长性能、免疫和抗氧化功能的作用。试验将120只肉鸡随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,1、2、3、4、5组肉鸡分别在基础日粮中加入100、200、300、400、500mg/kg的迷迭香提取物,试验为期60d。结果表明,与对照组相比,1、2、3、4、5组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05)、料重比显著降低(P<0.05),1、2组平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),4、5组平均日采食量显著提高(P<0.05)。此外,与对照组相比,1、2、3、4、5组的CD^(3+)、肝谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、肝总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、血清GSH-Px、血清T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05),肝MDA、血清MDA显著降低(P<0.05)。与1组相比,2、3、4组的肝GSH-Px、肝T-AOC、血清GSH-Px显著上升(P<0.05),肝丙二醛(MDA)、血清MDA、血清T-AOC显著下降(P<0.05),5组肝GSH-Px、血清GSH-Px相较于1组显著上升(P<0.05),肝MDA、血清MDA、血清T-AOC相较于1组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,基础日粮中添加100mg/kg迷迭香提取物有助于增加肉鸡生长性能,提高其免疫和抗氧化功能。To explore the effects of adding rosemary extract to diet on growth performance,immunity and antioxidant function of broilers.120 broilers were randomly divided into 6 groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 6 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the broilers in groups 1,2,3,4 and 5 were fed with 100,200,300,400 and 500 mg/kg respectively.The results showed that:Compared with the basic group,the average daily gain of groups 1,2,3,4,and 5 significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio significantly decreased(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake of groups 1 and 2 significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the average daily feed intake of groups 4 and 5 significantly increased(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the basic group,CD^(3+),liver GSH-Px,liver T-AOC,serum GSH-Px,and serum T-AOC in groups 1,2,3,4,and 5 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while liver MDA and serum MDA were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with group 1,liver GSH-Px,liver T-AOC,and serum GSH-Px in groups 2,3,and 4 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while liver MDA,serum MDA,and serum T-AOC were significantly decreased(P<0.05).However,liver GSH-Px and serum GSH-Px in group 5 were significantly increased compared to group 1(P<0.05),while liver MDA,serum MDA,and serum T-AOC were significantly decreased compared to group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,adding 100 mg/kg rosemary extract to the basic diet is helpful to improve the growth performance,immunity and antioxidant function of broilers.
