高职专业设置与地区产业发展的融合度研究——以常州高职园区为例

摘　　要：高职院校肩负着为经济社会建设与发展培养高素质技术技能人才的使命。对常州高职园区5所高职院校进行了调研,以常州经济发展与产业结构变化趋势为抓手,分析常州高职专业设置基本情况及其与产业结构的融合程度。通过对专业设置与产业发展融合度促进因素的分析,提出相应对策,以提高高职专业设置与地区产业发展的融合度。Higher vocational colleges shoulder the mission of training high-quality technical and skilled talents for economic and social construction and development.Taking five higher vocational colleges in Changzhou Higher Vocational Park as the research object,based on the economic development and the trend of industrial structure in Changzhou,this paper analyzes the basic situation of Changzhou higher vocational specialty setting and its integration with industrial structure.Through the analysis of factors promoting the integration of specialty setting and industrial development,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve the integration of higher vocational specialty setting and regional industrial development.
