摘  要:新时代背景下,营养补充和食品健康问题受到人们的高度重视。不断提高了对原奶和乳制品的需求,通常原奶和乳制品的应用人群都是婴儿和老人。尤其是婴儿对乳制品的需求最大。原奶和乳制品的质量与下一代的成长息息相关。但近年,原奶和乳制品的安全事故被媒体频频曝光,严重影响了乳制品市场的发展。该文主要对我国原奶及乳制品质量安全管理措施进行了探讨,以供参考。In the context of the new era,people's material lives are becoming increasingly rich,and nutritional supplementation and food health issues have been highly valued.The demand for raw milk and dairy products has continuously increased,and the application population of raw milk and dairy products is usually infants and the elderly.Especially infants have the greatest demand for dairy products.The quality of raw milk and dairy products is closely related to the growth of the next generation,and their safety directly affects the interests of everyone,including pastoralists.However,in recent years,safety accidents in raw milk and dairy products have been frequently exposed by the media,seriously affecting the development of the dairy market.In this paper,the quality and safety management measures of raw milk and dairy products in China are discussed for reference.
