摘　　要：全国高等中医药院校“十三五”规划教材《中医内科学》,自2012年将眩晕病从肝胆系病证分离并纳入脑系病证以来,条理更为清晰,取得了良好的教学效果。但经过多年的教学实践,“眩晕病”篇仍存在病名阐释不完整、诊断与辨治脱节、病因不完善、虚实分型难以指导临床、西医诊断不明确等一些值得讨论和商榷的问题,文章现对存在的问题进行探讨。Vertigo in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine of“The 13th Five-Year Plan”of national universities of Chi⁃nese medicine had been separated from hepatobiliary diseases and included into brain diseases in 2012.It had the advantages of clearer organization and good teaching effect when compared with the previous version.However,there are still some problems worthy of discussion in vertigo of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,including incomplete explanation of disease name and eti⁃ology,disconnection between diagnosis and treatment,difficult to guide clinical practice with the classification of deficiency and ex⁃cess,and indeterminate diagnosis.
