摘　　要：党的十九大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视高校思想政治工作,强调要加强课程思政建设。随着《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》的颁布,全国各高校都开始开展课程思政教育教学改革。作为思政教育的直接参与者与实施者,教师的素质和水平直接影响思政教学改革的成败。此文探讨在思政改革的大形势下,中医专业教师应该具有的素质和水平。With the promulgation of the guiding outline of curriculum ideological and political construction in universities,universities across the country have begun to carry out the teaching reform of curriculum ideological and political education.As the direct participant and implementer of Ideological and political education,the quality and level of teachers directly affect the success or failure of ideological and political teaching reform.This paper discussed the quality and level of traditional Chinese medicine teachers under the general situation of ideological and political reform.
