摘　　要：随着社会经济飞速发展,高等教育的规模不断扩大,创新型人才已经成为当今社会人才需求的热点。在新工科建设背景下,探讨省属地方高校创新人才培养存在的问题,并提出相应的对策与措施,这对推动省属地方高校创新人才培养工作的深入开展,培养更多具备创新能力和实践能力的高素质工程科技型人才等具有重要意义。With the rapid development of socio-economic factors,the scale of higher education continues to expand,and the cultivation of innovative talents has become a focal point in today’s society.In the context of the construction of new engineering disciplines,it is important to explore the issues existing in the innovation talent cultivation of local provincial universities and propose corresponding strategies and measures.This is of great significance for promoting the in-depth development of innovation talent cultivation in local provincial universities,nurturing a greater number of high-quality engineering and technology-oriented talents with innovative and practical capabilities,and so forth.
