摘  要:具备职场涉外沟通能力和跨文化交际能力是高职学生的英语学科核心素养,深入研究高职大学英语听力教学是推进大学英语教学高质量发展的突破口。目前大多高职学生英语听说自我效能感较低,大学英语听力课堂上学生兴致低落,不想学习。学生的自我效能感与学生的学习观念、学习动机、学习策略,学习情绪等相互联系,影响学生的学习成效。分析影响高职院校学生英语听力自我效能感的学习因素,探究提升学生自我效能感的对策:营造轻松和谐的课堂氛围,选择合适的听力教学内容,实施听力学习策略培训,坚持跟读训练夯实英语语言知识,采取多维形成性评价模式。Occupational and cross-cultural communication ability is the core literacy for higher vocational college students.It’s a breakthrough point to the high-quality development of college English teaching to research on improving listening and speaking in the classroom.However,students have low self-efficacy at present,resulting in low interest in learning listening and interaction.Self-efficacy has close relations with cognitive understanding,learning motivation,learning strategy and emotions in study,which affects their learning efficiency.By analyzing the key factors with self-efficacy,this study proposed pertinent solutions:creating relaxing and harmonious atmosphere in the classroom,selecting proper listening materials for teaching,implementing strategy training scheme,insisting on repeating training,and adopting dimensional formative assessments.
