摘  要:高职院校开展耕读教育是支撑乡村振兴人才培养的坚实基础,是开展劳动教育的重要内容,是传承中华优秀传统文化的有力依托。促进耕读教育落地落实,高职院校要完善工作机制,构建“耕读”育人体系;彰显思政效能,构建“耕读”课堂体系;厚植情感底蕴,构建“耕读”文化体系;突出专业优势,构建“耕读”劳动体系;搭建育人平台,构建“耕读”职业涵养体系,为乡村振兴培养更多高素质技术技能人才提供支持。The cultivation education in higher vocational colleges is a solid foundation to support the cultivation of talents for rural revitalization,an important content of labor education,and a strong support for inheriting the excellent traditional culture.To promote the implementation of cultivation education,higher vocational colleges should improve the operation mechanism and build cultivation education work system;Highlight the effectiveness of ideology and politics,build a system of cultivation classroom education;Cultivate emotional heritage and build a cultural inheritance system for cultivation;Highlight professional advantages and build practical labor system for cultivation.Building a platform for educating people and a vocational training system for cultivation could provide support for rural revitalization and cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled personnel.
