摘  要:中国乡土教育已从“传统态”进入“现代态”,亟待探索新时代乡土教育的理论建构和发展道路。运用历史、比较、思辨的方法,从“文化根性”的视角,对植根于民族传统和乡土资源的新乡土教育进行整体分析,从思想旨趣、价值定位、教育内容、资源开掘、实施过程、课程表达、学科延展、学术研究等维度,揭示和论证了新乡土教育所表现出的“根性”“应时”“创新”等特质内涵以及新时代“根性的教育”与“教育的根性”实现高度统一的必然性。当下中国“新乡土教育”亟待解决的议题有:构建以直面现实为范式的学科化教育理论;建立以分工协同为特征的一体化教育体系;探索以内容创新为核心的课程化教育架构;拓展以国家战略为选择的功能化教育价值。China’s rural education has entered the modern state from the traditional state,which needs its own theoretical construction and discourse system.??Using the methods of history,comparison and speculation,from the perspective of“cultural root”,this paper makes an overall analysis of the new local education rooted in national traditions and local resources,which reveals and demonstrates the characteristic connotation of“root”,“timely”and“innovation”of the new rural education,and the necessity of realizing the high unity of“root education”and“root of education”in the new era,from the perspectives of ideological purposive,value orientation,educational content,resource exploitation,implementation process,curriculum expression,discipline extension,academic research and other dimensions.There are several issues that the local education in China faces directly and need to be solved urgently:to construct the academic education theory with the local area as the fulcrum;establish an integrated educational mechanism characterized by division of labor and coordination;explore the curriculum education system with content innovation as the core;expand the value of functional education which is selected on national strategies.
