摘  要:为调查重庆市成年孤独症者职业发展现状、影响因素及职业教育培训意愿,采用问卷法对重庆市114名成年孤独症者进行调查。结果表明,重庆市成年孤独症者职业发展总体处于中等偏上水平,社交媒体利用水平最高,政策性支持感知程度最低。成年孤独症者职业发展的总体水平及各因子在性别、居住状况等人口学特征方面无显著性差异,但年龄对社交媒体利用水平、婚姻状态对职业发展意识有显著的影响。各因子均与职业发展总体状况及培训意愿呈显著正相关关系,除职业教育与工作匹配度外,其余各因子均对培训意愿有显著正向预测效应。采用增强职业发展意识,提高人际发展需求、社交媒体利用水平、职业教育与工作匹配度、家庭支持、政策支持,加强职业教育培训等措施可提升成年孤独症者的职业发展能力。To investigate the current status of career development,influencing factors,and training willingness for vocational education of adult autistic individuals in Chongqing,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 114 adults with autism in Chongqing.The results show that the overall level of career development of adult autistic groups in Chongqing is above average,with the highest level of social media utilization and the lowest level of perceived policy support.There are no significant differences in the overall level of career development and various factors of adults with autism in terms of demographic characteristics such as gender and residence status,but age had a significant impact on social media utilization level and marital status on awareness of career development.All factors are significantly positively correlated with the overall situation of career progress and training willingness.Except for vocational education and job matching,all factors had significant positive predictive effects on training willingness.Taking action to enhance career development awareness,improve interpersonal development needs,social media utilization level,vocational education and job matching,family support,policy support,and strengthen vocational education and training can improve the career development ability of adults with autism.
