摘　　要：规培带教是医学院校附属医院的一项重要工作,根据既往神经外科专业硕士研究生住院医师规范化培训带教经验,本课题组在医患沟通能力、基本理论基础、临床思维培养、介入操作培训、临床科研能力培养等方面具备较充足的经验,本文探讨了急性缺血性脑血管病血管内治疗的规培带教方法,取得满意效果。Standard training and teaching is an important task of the affiliated hospitals of medical schools.Based on the previous standardized training and teaching experience of postgraduate and resident physicians in neurosurgery,we focus on doctor-patient communication skills,basic theoretical foundations,clinical thinking training,interventional training.With sufficient experience in the cultivation of clinical scientific research ability,this article discusses the training and teaching methods of endovascular treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and achieved satisfactory results.
