生态翻译学视域下援外培训的阿拉伯语口译人才培养问题

摘　　要：阿拉伯语是联合国的六大工作语言之一。随着我国与阿拉伯国家的经济文化交流日益频繁,为适应社会对阿拉伯语人才的需求,应大力培养具备娴熟的阿拉伯语听、说、读、写、译技能,了解阿拉伯国家概况和伊斯兰文化基础知识,并掌握一定的外事、外交方面的知识的阿拉伯语高级人才。在阿拉伯语口译人才培养方面,需要通过语言能力培养、口译技能训练以及文化导入和跨文化交际能力培养等,来提高阿拉伯语口译人员的口译水平和综合素质。文章立足于生态翻译学的视角,就在援外培训项目中如何更好地培养阿拉伯语口译人才,以期加强我国与阿拉伯语国家之间的交流合作进行了积极思考。Arabic is one of the six working languages of the United Nations.With the increasingly frequent China-Arab economic and cultural exchanges,in order to meet the social demand,we should vigorously cultivate advanced Arabic language talents with proficient skills in listening,speaking,reading,writing,and translation,understand the of Arab countries and the basics of Islamic culture,as well as mastering certain amount of knowledge in foreign affairs and diplomacy.Hence,it is necessary to improve the interpreting capability and comprehensive quality of Arabic interpreters through training of language proficiency,interpreting skills,cultural introduction,and cross-cultural communication skills.To this end,based on the perspective of ecological translation studies,the thesis examines how to better cultivate Arabic interpreting talents through foreign aid training projects,with a view to strengthening China-Arabic exchanges and cooperation.
